Let’s face it, planning a trip to Disney can be intimidating…
And that’s why we’re here to help! The amount of research necessary to plan all the details of a Disney vacation can be too time-consuming and, more often than not, is really intimidating for some people! If you are feeling overwhelmed by all the options, a great solution is to use the services of a travel agent who specializes in Disney travel.
Disney Travel Agents, like us at Enchanted Excursions, have completed hours of training and many trips to the Disney resorts. We are graduates of the College of Disney Knowledge, an online series of courses that cover all things Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Aulani Resort, Disney Cruise Line and Adventures by Disney! To be a Disney Travel Agent, we have passed these courses and are yearly required to stay updated on everything concerning the parks.

How Does the Process Work?
Start by requesting a quote from us. We’ll get back to you within 72 hours and we can start the booking process. We’ll ask questions to nail down what type of vacation you’re looking for and will send over three suggestions to have you choose what would be best. From there, we’ll book everything for you so you can sit back and relax.

How Is It Free?
Great question! Normally, the client pays nothing extra for the service provided by a travel agency. Travel agents are compensated via a commission paid by the travel supplier (in this case, Disney) for the resort hotel rooms, theme park passes and vacation packages they book. We are compensated by this commission for the time, effort and attention provided to our clients.

FAQs
Do you charge fees if we need to make changes?
Some agencies do charge for making changes or cancellations. We do not charge any fees, including cancellation or change fees.
Will You book our airfare?
Many travel agents charge a fee for making any air reservations, because the airlines no longer work together with Disney for creating a packaged deal. Because of this, we don’t book plane tickets for our clients - it’s cheaper and easier for you to do it yourself! Read our advice on booking your own plane tickets.
Can you help me book a non-disney hotel?
We’d love to! We can help you book accommodations at Disney Good Neighbor hotels. If these are more in your budget, please let us know and we can recommend these accom
What happens if i have a change after you’ve helped up book?
Once you book with us, we will be your point of contact for all changes in your travel plans. You cannot make changes or cancellations directly through Disney if you are working with us.
Do I have to pay in full up front?
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The amount varies based upon the type of reservation, for example Walt Disney World packages require just a $200 deposit and the remaining balance is not due until 30 days prior to travel.
If you are booking your vacation within 90 days of travel, a larger deposit or payment in full may be required. Again, these terms will be disclosed by your travel planner, in your quote.
We want to travel next year, is it too early to plan?
Not at all! We are geared toward long-term planning - it helps us find the best deals and make sure you get your desired travel dates and accommodations!
